Does
your TV Tuner work with/on other monitors?
No. Our TV Tuner is specially designed for use with our LCD/TV monitors.
This is because it uses an integrated Plug-and-Play design, with
the housing for the TV Tuner built-in on the monitor.

What
do you mean by "Removable" TV Tuner?
Basically, this means that for our TV Tuner, the user just have
to slot it into the housing on our LCD/TV monitors and viola - the
monitor is converted from a normal LCD monitor into a LCD/TV monitor.
You can switch between the computer and TV mode at a click of a
button on the remote control. Its that easy! Please refer to the
following picture:
No complicated
procedures, no additional tools needed - just slot and screw. It
takes less than 10secs!

Is
the TV Tuner and Remote Control sent together with the monitor or
separately?
Under normal circumstances, the TV Tuner & Remote Control is
sent together with our LCD/TV monitors. However, we are able to
send them separately at the request of the client. In fact, for
clients who may wish to avoid high TV import taxes, sending the
TV Tuner and Remote Control separately helps them achieve this purpose.

Can
your LCD/TV monitor work without a TV Tuner?
Yes. Our LCD/TV monitors can still work without the TV Tuner card.
However, in this case, they are not different from a normal LCD
monitor in terms of functions and naturally, without the TV Tuner
card, they will not have the TV function either.

Is
there any special requirements needed in order to us the TV Tuner?
Nope. The only requirement is that it has to be used with our LCD/TV
monitors. Other than that, its like Plug-and-Play. Its really that
simple.

What
is the difference between your LCD/TV monitors and normal LCD TVs?
In short, the LCD TVs from other big famous brand names are just
TVs without the PC function while our LCD/TV monitors is basically
a computer monitor with added TV function. Thus, in that sense,
its cannot be compared with typical LCD TVs (which only has the
TV function without the PC option) that is available in the market.
In fact, if you seriously think about it, our LCD/TV monitor is
actually a 2-in-1 product at half the price of conventional LCD
TVs!

What
models of LCD/TV monitor do you currently have?
In terms of size, our LCD/TV monitors come in 10", 12",
15", 17", 18", 20", 22" and 30" models.
Depending on the model, our LCD/TV also comes in either 4:3 or 16:9

Do
I need to download a driver in order to use your 16:9 format LCD/TV
monitor?
Nope. As long as you are using Windows 95 and above, just plug it
into your computer and you are ready to go, the installation is
automatic. Its that simple. For other cases, please contact us via
email for clarification.

Why
do I need a LCD/TV monitor?
Why do you need a LCD/TV monitor? Suppose someone takes away your
mobile phone all of a sudden, how would you feel? Well, its the
same with our LCD/TV monitor - in fact it is very portable as well
and you can move it around the house or bring it along with you
wherever you go. Get a sample today and you will discover why.
However, please note that, when using the LCD/TV monitor for the
first time or when you bring it to another part of the country on
your travels, it is necessary to run the "Auto-Scanning"
function in order to capture all the TV channels.

Can
your LCD/TV monitor be wall mounted?
Yes. Our LCD/TV monitors can be wall mounted. However depending
on the model, the speakers might be built into the stand. Hence,
in order to have the sound output, external speakers will have to
be connected to the monitor - which can be done easily.

Can
I connect external speakers to your LCD/TV monitor?
Yes. Our LCD/TV monitors come with an Audio Output outlet which
allows you to connect external speakers to the monitor.

What
is the difference between your LCD/TV monitor and a Plasma TV?
Basically a LCD/TV monitor defer from a Plasma TV in a number of
ways. Below is a summary of their difference in point form:
- Plasma TVs
has a much lower resolution (480 x 480) as compared to a LCD/TV
monitor whose resolution can go as high as 1280 x 1024. Hence,
Plasma TV is more suited for distance viewing, while our LCD/TV
monitors can be viewed clearly both from a distance or up close.
- Our LCD/TV
monitor is also stronger on the color compensation (CB, CR, CG)
as compared to Plasma TVs.
- In general,
our LCD/TV monitor power consumption requirements is about 40%-50%
of what is needed by a typical Plasma TV.
- Lastly,
in particular to our LCD/TV monitors, they are not only a TV and
can be used with DVD, VCD and VCR, they can be also used as a
PC monitor. A Plasma TV on the other hand would not be able to
double up as a PC monitor.

What
is the difference between your LCD/TV monitor and a normal LCD monitor
fitted with an external TV box?
Generally, our LCD/TV monitor has superior performance as compared
to a normal LCD monitor fitted with an external TV box. The reasons
are as follows:
- Firstly,
when using a normal LCD monitor with an external TV box, there
is always the possibility of compatibility problems. With our
LCD/TV monitors, even with the removable TV Tuner, this is not
problem. This is because the monitor and TV tuner are an integrated
design, hence our monitor and TV tuner would be 100% compatible.
- A normal
LCD monitor with external TV box only receives one dimension signals
from the TV box. However, for our LCD/TV monitor fitted with our
TV Tuner would be able to receive 2D, even 3D signals. What this
means is that our LCD/TV monitors are able to provide clearer,
smoother, sharper picture quality - giving better viewing pleasure.
- Hence you
will not see some fuzzy images on screen, for examples actors,
shadow moving around on screen which is quite common with external
TV boxes.
- A normal
LCD monitor with external TV box only receives the video output
from the TV box. However, our LCD/TV monitor comes with S-video
and color compensation (CB, CR, CG) features as well - giving
its better overall performance.
